PURCHASE CONDITIONS
- Select the product: The Client who wishes to purchase a product offered through the Website must choose a family (jackets, shirts, t-shirts, etc.), view the product, can enlarge the photograph, see the detail and back of the product, composition, available sizes, reference and price. The Customer may continue with the purchase process until they have selected all the products they wish to request through the Website.
- My basket/Products: Once all the products have been selected, the Client will be able to click on the "My basket" button and a summary of the order will be shown. 9. ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION AND ORDER CANCELLATION
THE EXTREME COLLECTION, S.L. reserves the right to deactivate the user account and/or cancel any future orders from customers with whom it has a dispute or who have a history of orders that show abnormal, fraudulent, speculative or bad faith behaviour.
We also reserve this right in cases of abusive or systematic use of the returns policy that causes operational and economic damage to the company.
In both cases, the company will notify the customer in writing of the adoption of this measure, justifying the objective cause that motivates it. In the event of cancellation of an order already paid for on these grounds, a full refund of the amount paid will be made.
