These General Contracting Conditions govern the purchase of products through the web site www.theextremecollection.com which is owned by THE EXTREME COLLECTION S. L. , hereinafter TEC. By means of the acceptance of the present General Conditions of purchase, the User manifests:

      • That he has read, understood and comprehended the above.
      • That he is a person with enough capacity to hire.
      • That he assumes all the obligations here arranged.
      • That he has the legal age of majority (18 years) to access this Website as well as to acquire the products that are offered in it.
      • If you don´t agree to these terms, we recommend that you don´t use this website

If you don´t provide us with all the information we need, we may not be able to process your order.

1. Description of the purchase procedure:

The procedure for contracting the products offered through the website is as follows:

            1.   • TEC is responsible for making the necessary arrangements with the transport company to guarantee delivery of the order within a maximum period of 15 working days in the case of shipments to the mainland and 40 working days in the case of the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands or abroad, otherwise the shipment will be cancelled and the amount of the order and the shipment will be returned to the customer..

          All the returns or changes of size in our shops are exempt from expenses.

                          Warranty of purchased products:
                          The contractual guarantee offered is the one established in the Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, of 16th november, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. MPTEC LONDON, S. L. shall be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery, provided that the customer has informed MPTEC LONDON, S. L. of such lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
