Is shipping free?

Shipping is free in Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal.

At Canary Islands the shipping costs are €27, but don't worry because VAT is not charged according to current regulations.

HOME DELIVERY

If you choose this option, your order will arrive in 1-3 business days.

We will send you a confirmation email when it leaves our warehouse and another with the tracking number and the transport company.

You will receive a call in the following days to verify that everything has arrived correctly and confirm that you are happy with the purchase.

PICK UP AT OUR STORE

You will have to go to our flagship (C/ Claudio Coello 53-55, Madrid)

Just present the order or purchase invoice that you can carry on your mobile or printed.

You will find it by accessing the 'My Account' section

Our store associates will be happy to help you.

You have up to 14 days from the delivery date of your order to make a return. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, including packaging, tags, security tie, and all corresponding accessories. If the item does not meet these conditions, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return. Refunds for online purchases will be made using the same payment method used in the order, within a maximum period of 5 days from the receipt of the items.

• Monday to Saturday: 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

• Sundays: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

You will only need to present the items you wish to return along with the purchase invoice, which you can show on your mobile or printed, accessible from the My Account section. Our in-store team will be happy to help you manage the return, and we will contact you to process the refund. If you cannot come in person, you can send someone else in your place.

RETURN WITH HOME COLLECTION

In this method, the customer assumes the return shipping costs, which are €8, and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. You can request the return from the My Returns section. In this method, the customer can return their order free of charge. Request the return from the My Returns section and personally take the package to your nearest post office.
