We only produce Limited Editions of each model.
Furthermore, since they are made by hand (we call it slow fashion), the production does not reach us all at once but reaches the stores in a staggered manner.
This means that you can make a waiting list so that, if you are interested in a model that is currently out of stock, as soon as it arrives in the store, you will be the first to be able to buy it.
If the button says "Sold out", it means that you can no longer make a waiting list because we will not receive it again. But things change from season to season, so it doesn't necessarily mean he'll be gone forever.
ABOUT SHIPPING
Shipping is free in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal.
In the Canary Islands the shipping costs are €27, but don't worry because VAT is not charged according to current regulations.

If you choose HOME SHIPPING , you will receive a confirmation email when it leaves our warehouse and another with the tracking number and the transport company.
Your order will arrive in 1-3 business days (if it is to Spain).
You will receive a call in the following days to check that everything has arrived correctly and confirm that you are happy with the purchase.
If you choose PICK UP AT OUR STORE , you will have to go to our flagship (C/ Claudio Coello 53-55, Madrid).
You will only have to present the order or purchase invoice. You can carry it on your mobile or printed, you will find it by accessing the My Account section
If you choose PICKUP POINT , you can go pick up your order at any local business in your city. We will show you the available delivery points when you enter your zip code so you can see the closest ones.
Shipping options and delivery times may vary based on your address, time of purchase, and item availability.
At the time of purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.
Also, keep in mind that during the sales period shipping times may increase and some shipping methods may not be available.
ABOUT EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
IN SPAIN AND EUROPE
Yes, size or model changes are free.
You can make your size change through the following My Returns link.
Once you have selected the garment and size you want to change, indicate the new size and we will reserve the garment.
To make an exchange for another model you must check the option “EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT” and we will reserve the garment you need.

You can choose the home pickup option or take it in person to your nearest post office.
In both cases, the change process consists of two parts. First we wait to receive the garment to be returned in warehouse, and upon arrival, we automatically generate the order with the new requested size.

Returns are at the customer's expense and must be made through the returns portal in your customer area.

You have 14 days from when you received your package to make any exchange or return.
Do not exceed the maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
The garment must be with its original labeling and must be in the same conditions. The shoes must be returned with the box and its contents in perfect condition. In the event that the shoe box is used as a shipping box, suffering damage for this reason, the cost of the box will be deducted from the return amount.
Exchanges and returns of garments made to order or with alterations are not allowed.
All returns made from the national territory (with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) must be collected by our transport agency or delivered to one of our stores. The cost of shipping returns managed directly by the customer will be borne by the customer. In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, if the courier who delivers the package requests any payment, this will be deducted from the amount of the order return.

You can return your order for free at our stores in Madrid:

You will only have to present the items you want to return along with the purchase invoice. You can carry it on your mobile or printed, you will find it by accessing the My Account section
My store colleagues will be happy to help you manage the process and we will contact you to make the refund.
Keep in mind that if you cannot go to the store, the person you choose can do it in your place.
RETURN WITH HOME PICKUP
If you prefer that we manage the return with home collection, we inform you that it has a cost of €8 which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
You can request the return from the My Returns section.
Follow the platform's guidelines and a carrier will pick up your package at the address you choose
RETURN AT DELIVERY POINT
If you are not usually at home, this is the best option. We will show you the delivery points available at the time of purchase.
Returns of orders made with this option will have a cost per request of €2.5 which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year round, so keep an eye out for exclusive offers.
It depends where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries may take 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
