PERSONAL CURATION SERVICE TERMS

TERRITORIAL EXCLUSIVITY
Available in the following postcodes: 28001 (Salamanca/Goya), 28008 (Moncloa), 28036 (Chamartín), 28223 (Aravaca/Pozuelo), and 28050 (Las Tablas).

AVAILABILITY
Monday to Friday, in slots from 10:00 to 11:00 and 11:00 to 12:00.

SERVICE INVESTMENT
A 10€ reservation fee. This amount will be fully refunded after your session.

LIMITED EDITION MANAGEMENT
Due to the exclusivity and limited stock of our collections, should a selected garment be unavailable, our team will propose equivalent alternatives during your preliminary consultation.

Terms and Conditions

ADVANCE NOTICE
Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to ensure stylist availability and transport logistics.

PRELIMINARY CONSULTATION
A prior call with our Personal Shopper team is essential to validate the selection and coordinate the logistics.

CANCELLATIONS
Changes to the appointment must be notified 24 hours in advance. In the event of non-attendance at the agreed address and time, the reservation fee will be non-refundable.

LOGISTICAL ARRANGEMENTS
The brand reserves the right to adjust the schedule in the event of transport unforeseen circumstances (traffic or force majeure), always ensuring immediate communication with the client.

SECURE PAYMENT
Payment for the garments will be made exclusively digitally using the mobile terminal carried by our stylist.
