RETURNS &; EXCHANGES
To initiate a return, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, with its packaging, tags, security seal, and corresponding accessories. If it does not meet these conditions, we regret that we will be unable to accept the return.
Refunds for online purchases will be credited using the same payment method you used to place the order, and within a maximum of 5 days from the receipt of the items.
Who bears the return costs?
If you've had a change of heart and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we offer a return through our carrier, DHL. All you need to do is get in touch with us at clientas@theextremecollection.com. From that point on, you won't have to worry about a thing.
Our transportation company will contact you to collect the package, and we will handle customs procedures and send the package to our warehouse in Spain. The cost of the return is €50, and once we receive your order in our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund by deducting these €50.
If you've rejected the delivery of the item with the carrier, we will take care of the return, but the return costs will be automatically deducted from your refund once we receive the order.
If the product is not in compliance due to defects, please contact us at clientas@theextremecollection.com, and we will arrange for the collection of the order, and the return costs will be covered by us.
Once your order reaches our warehouse, we will proceed with the full refund.
How will I receive the refund?
The refund will be made using the same payment method you selected when placing your order, within a maximum period of 5 days from the receipt of the return. You can always track the progress by contacting us at clientas@theextremecollection.com.
If you paid with a credit card:
You will receive the amount owed in your bank account within a maximum of 10 business days from the moment we process the refund, depending on your bank.
If you paid with PayPal:
You will receive the amount owed via a funds transfer to your PayPal account within a maximum of 3 days from the moment we process the refund, depending on your bank.
