At Canary Islands the shipping costs are €27, but don't worry because VAT is not charged according to current regulations.

We will send you a confirmation email when it leaves our warehouse and another with the tracking number and the transport company.

Just present the order or purchase invoice that you can carry on your mobile or printed.

To make a return or exchange, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
Make sure that the item is in its original condition, with its corresponding packaging, tags and accessories.
If you do not comply with these conditions, unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return or exchange.
RETURNS
The withdrawal period will end 14 calendar days from the day the contract is entered into. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must notify his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). use is not required. Both the email and the postal address to which you can direct the request appear at the end of the Purchase Conditions.
Refunds for online purchases will be made using the same payment method that you used to place the order and within a maximum period of 5 days from receipt of the items.
THE EXTREME COLLECTION, SL will promptly notify the client on a durable medium of receipt of said withdrawal, in case of receiving the exercise of this right via email.

You can return your order for free in our stores in Madrid:

CHANGES
Changes of size or model are free.
You can make your size change through the following link My Returns.
Once you have selected the garment and size you want to change, indicate the new size and we will reserve the garment.
To make a change for another model you must mark the option "CHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT" and we will reserve the garment you need.
