To initiate a return, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, with its packaging, tags, security seal, and corresponding accessories. If it does not meet these conditions, we regret that we will be unable to accept the return.
Refunds for online purchases will be credited using the same payment method you used to place the order, and within a maximum of 5 days from the receipt of the items.
Who bears the return costs?
If you've had a change of heart and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we offer a return through our carrier, IFLASTMILE.
The customer will bear the cost of the return shipping expenses if they choose to use our collection service, which will be €15/€45 euros, depending on the country of location. These fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
You can request a return from the "My Returns" section. Follow the platform's guidelines, and a carrier will pick up your package at the address of your choice.

How will I receive the refund?

If you paid with a credit card:
You will receive the amount owed in your bank account within a maximum of 10 business days from the moment we process the refund, depending on your bank.
If you paid with PayPal:
You will receive the amount owed via a funds transfer to your PayPal account within a maximum of 3 days from the moment we process the refund, depending on your bank."
