Are shipping free?
Shipping is free in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal.
In the Canary Islands the shipping costs are €27, but don't worry because VAT is not charged according to current regulations.

HOME DELIVERY
If you choose this option, your order will arrive in 1-3 business days.
We will send you a confirmation email when it leaves our warehouse and another with the tracking number and the transport company.
You will receive a call in the following days to verify that everything has arrived correctly and confirm that you are happy with the purchase.
PICK UP AT OUR STORE
You will have to go to our flagship (C/ Claudio Coello 53-55, Madrid)
Just present the order or purchase invoice that you can carry on your mobile or printed.

To make a return or exchange, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
Make sure that the item is in its original condition, with its corresponding packaging, tags and accessories.
If you do not comply with these conditions, unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return or exchange.
RETURNS
The withdrawal period will end 14 calendar days from the day the contract is entered into. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must notify his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the model withdrawal form that appears below, even if its
use is not required. Both the email and the postal address to which you can direct the request appear at the end of the Purchase Conditions.
Refunds for online purchases will be made using the same payment method that you used to place the order and within a maximum period of 5 days from receipt of the items.
THE EXTREME COLLECTION, SL will promptly notify the client on a durable medium of receipt of said withdrawal, in case of receiving the exercise of this right via email.
RETURNS IN OUR PHYSICAL STORES
You can return your order for free in our stores in Madrid:

- Monday to Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

You will only have to present the items you want to return together with the purchase invoice.

My store colleagues will be happy to help you manage the process and we will contact you to make the refund.
Keep in mind that if you cannot go to the store, the person you choose can do it in your place.
The customer must return the products that make up the order to be returned to THE EXTREME COLLECTION, SL in perfect condition, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on communicate your decision to withdraw.

CHANGES
Changes of size or model are free.
You can make your size change through the following link My Returns.
Once you have selected the garment and size you want to change, indicate the new size and we will reserve the garment.
To make a change for another model you must mark the option "CHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT" and we will reserve the garment you need.

In both cases, the change process consists of two parts. First we wait to receive the garment to be returned in the warehouse, and upon arrival, we automatically generate the order with the new size requested.
