These terms and conditions (together with the documents mentioned here) govern the use of the website https://theextremecollection.com, owned by MPTEC LONDONS. S. L., hereinafter referred to as TEC, and the purchase of goods through this website (the "Terms"). By using this website and/or placing an order via this website, the user declares his complete agreement with the following conditions:

  • That he/she uses the website exclusively for legitimate inquiries or orders.
  • If we have reason to believe that such an order has been placed, we will have the right to cancel the order and notify the relevant authorities.
  • That he/she provides a correct and complete e-mail address, postal address and/or other contact information and agrees that we may use this information to contact you if necessary (see our Privacy Policy).
  • That he/she has read, understood and accepted these conditions.
  • That he/she has sufficient capacity to conclude a contract.
  • That he/she is at least 18 years old and can conclude legally binding contracts.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this website.


If you do not provide us with all the information we require, we may not be able to process your order.

1. Description of the purchase procedure. 

To order a The Extreme Collection product online, first enter the web address https://theextremecollection.com/ in your browser and follow the steps below:

  1. Selection of an article: Select a category (blazers, knitwear, shirts, etc.) and click on the item you are interested in. You can then view the article in detail and from different angles. In addition to an item description, the material, available sizes, article number and price are given. If an item is currently unavailable, one of our staff will contact you to inform you of new additions. Once you have decided on an article, a colour and a size, place it in the shopping basket by clicking on the corresponding button. You can then order further articles by clicking on the button "Continue shopping".
  2. My shopping cart: The entire order is displayed in the shopping cart. The number of items, item number(s), item name(s), size(s), selected color(s) and total price will appear in the appropriate currency (including taxes and shipping charges, excluding reduced items). If you have selected all the items you wish to purchase and wish to complete your purchase, click on the "Checkout" button.
  3. Finish your purchase: You must provide and confirm the following information to complete your purchase and receive the item(s): E-mail address, first and last name, address, postcode, city, country, telephone number, etc. If you have already registered in our database and entered a delivery address, you do not need to re-enter this information. If this is not the case, you must provide a delivery and billing address before confirming the purchase and processing the payment. Before you click on "Confirm", check your order.
  4. Shipping method: Here you will be informed about the shipping costs.
  5. Payment: On our website you can pay by credit and debit card (VISA, MasterCard) or via the payment service Paypal. PayPal is an offer from Paypal Inc. and a payment method that allows the customer to pay for his order without having to pass on his bank details to retailers. Further information and instructions about the PayPal payment system can be found on the Paypal Inc. website, www.paypal.com/de. We will redirect you to the payment page when you click on the button "I confirm my order". When you pay by debit card, your account is immediately debited with the corresponding amount of money. Inform TEC as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail if unauthorised or unauthorised account debits exist, so that TEC can take appropriate steps. The service providers of the chosen payment method can also take measures to prevent fraud, including the refusal of certain services. TEC is not responsible for this type of action.
  6. Confirmation of payment: As soon as you have completed the payment process and TEC has received the order, you will receive confirmation by e-mail. You will receive another e-mail with the order details (order number, purchased items, shipping service, any shipping costs, delivery and billing address). You will receive the purchased item(s) at the address you provide and within the delivery time indicated on our website.

Delivery is made to the address given by the customer and may differ from the place of residence, it is possible to deliver to the customer's workplace or to third parties - e.g. packed as a gift. In all cases, identification of the buyer or the person to whom delivery is made is required. The identification takes place via an official document and the signing of the delivery note.


TEC is responsible for ensuring that the delivery of the goods takes place within the stated deadlines and does not exceed them. If the supplier does not comply, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be refunded the money of the purchased items and any shipping costs.

Should the purchased goods reach the customer after refunding the money, the customer has the possibility to keep and pay for the goods or to send them back to us.

Delays in shipment due to unforeseen circumstances or problems with the delivery address are not our responsibility.

*During discount periods, outlet or special promotions, the delivery time can be an additional 7 working days.  

3. PRICES OF OFFERED PRODUCTS 

In accordance with the applicable rules and regulations, all online purchases are subject to VAT and other taxes that may apply in the country of delivery. They are calculated in Euro (€).

If there is a technical and/or typographical error in the prices or other product information on the website when placing an order, the Company has the right to reject and cancel the order. In this case, the customer has no claim to a complaint.

For further information regarding a placed order, please send an e-mail to client@theextremecollection.com. Please include the order number and the date of your order in all inquiries.

4.  EXCHANGE AND RIGHT OF RETURN 
4.1   Return according to legal right of revocation

You have the right to cancel your (purchase) contract within 14 working days - after receipt of the goods - without giving reasons.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify us by means of e-mail at client@theextremecollection.com

The return of ordered items must take place under the same conditions as their delivery:

1. the goods must be undamaged and unused and bear all labels.
2 The goods must be returned in the same package in which they were delivered. A return in another packaging will not be accepted.
3. returns (both for exchange and refunds) are at the customer's expense

4. As soon as the package arrives at our branch, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
5. the purchase price will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days as soon as it has been ensured that the goods are in perfect condition. 

The purchase price will be refunded using the same payment method as the customer used for the order.

Do not forget that incomplete returns and damaged, soiled or worn items cannot be returned and their purchase price will not be refunded.

4.2 EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service first, who will inform you whether the desired size, colour or model is available.

  • The return of items to be exchanged is subject to the same conditions as their return.
  • The purchase price will only be refunded if a new order is placed.
  • If you would like to exchange an item for a new size, colour or other item, the new item will be sent to you as soon as your parcel reaches our store.

4.3 CANCELLATION

To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing. Please send an e-mail to client@theextremecollection.com with information about the ordered item(s) (order number, etc.) and (if applicable) the shipment number.

5. WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

5.1 Warranty on the products received:  

The contractual guarantee set out here refers to Royal Decree 1/2007, of 16 November (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre), which recognizes the text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. MPTEC LONDON, S.L. is liable for non-conformities which occur within two years from the date of delivery, provided that the customer informs MPTEC LONDON, S.L. about these non-conformities within two months after their occurrence. In this sense, and taking into account that the Website sells products that have a lower product life cycle than required by law for the exercise of warranty services, the conditions set out here apply, taking into account the nature of the marketed goods.

6. AVAILABITY OF THE PRODUCTS.

All orders are subject to product availability. If, at the time the order process is carried out, we discover that one of the items contained in the order is not in stock in our warehouses, TEC will try to find the corresponding item of clothing. If this is not possible, the customer will be informed immediately. In addition, the amount of the billed and unshipped item will be refunded to the customer in the same payment method as the purchase was made in the coming days.

7. THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AN ORDER. 

THE EXTREME COLLECTION may cancel orders or refuse to accept a confirmed order for the following reasons:

1. in the event of a technical error and/or a typing error in the quotation or in the other product data contained in the website at the time of the order.
2. due to lack of availability (see point 6).
3. if the security systems indicate that there may be a fraudulent order.
4. if there is reason to believe that the user is a minor.
5. If TEC was unable to deliver the order to the address provided.

In such cases THE EXTREME COLLECTION will fully refund any amounts already paid.

8. INVALID AND VOID CLAUSES 

Should one of the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions be declared invalid or ineffective in whole or in part, the invalidity or ineffectiveness shall only affect the said clause or that part thereof which is declared invalid or ineffective. The other clauses contained in these General Terms and Conditions continue to exist and are excluded from the declaration of invalidity.
